LEGO ‘BREAKOUT’ x 4 | CONCEPT, WRITER, DIRECTOR, PRODUCER, 3D ANIMATION

Conceived, directed, animated & rendered four loopable :10 to :19 spots for Amazon's beta Video in Search feature with principal production for all clips accomplished within 10 weeks.

Designed for repeat viewing, each video features LEGO bursting from the confines of its box art with Trompe-l'œil effect to showcase the product features and physical play possible. To accomplish the effect,  background plates with altered box art were rendered and re-integrated directly into the 3D scene vs traditional compositing, and further realized with custom animation, rigging, materials, physics & fluid simulations.
